Compliance
How we do business with clients, suppliers and authorities. These commitments apply to the whole company and to every delivery.
Anti-corruption
We do not offer, promise or give anything of value to public officials or private parties to obtain or keep business. We comply with the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and, through our Mexican affiliate, with Mexico's anti-corruption laws. Payments to third parties are documented and made only by bank transfer to accounts in the payee's name.
Sanctions and export controls
We screen clients, suppliers and carriers against applicable sanctions lists before contracting, and we comply with U.S. and Mexican export and import rules on every cross-border shipment.
Product traceability
Every batch is identified and documented from blending to delivery: physicochemical analysis, technical data sheet, safety data sheet and delivery record. Records are kept for the period the contract and the law require.
Health, safety and environment
Products are packaged, stored and transported in line with applicable U.S. regulations for chemical substances and with each product's safety data sheet. The SDS ships with every product and is available on request.
Quality
Every formulation has a written specification and every batch is analysed against it before release. Nonconformities are recorded, investigated and reported to the client.
Confidentiality
Client and supplier technical and commercial information is handled under confidentiality agreements and shared only with those who need it to fulfil the order.
