Inorganic salts scale inhibitor

General

Water-soluble, hydrocarbon-dispersible scale inhibitor developed from a blend of chelating agents. Focused on wells with carbonate- and sulfate-type inorganic salt deposition, where pressure and temperature conditions accelerate the scaling rate.

Application

Wells and first-stage separators; prevents pump cavitation in light, heavy and extra-heavy crude.

Uses and benefits

Extends the production life of the well and keeps the separator clean and efficient. Combined with a flow improver it reduces downstream backpressure and maximizes production.

Recommended dosage

15 to 85 ppm at wellheads or pump suction, depending on the scaling rate.

Packaging and storage

200-liter plastic drums, 1,000-liter high-density polyethylene containers with metal cage, or stainless steel containers. Store in a cool, ventilated place, protected from direct sun and rain, with containers closed when not in use. Review the product safety data sheet.
